AGENTPUNCH – diese Band ist eine Osnabrücker Heavy-Metal-Institution. 2016 von Alexander Mohrlang (Gesang), Roman Felde (Gitarre), Juri Felde (Bass) und Tomasz Kosma (Drums) gegründet, wurden bereits zwei, in der Metal-Landschaft überaus positiv aufgenommene Longplayer – Investigation (2017) und Soothsayer (2019) – in den Ring geworfen, derweil das dritte Werk im frisch eingerichteten, bandeigenen Studio entsteht. Musikalisch am wohlsten fühlen sich AGENTPUNCH dabei von Beginn an irgendwo zwischen dem klassisch-metallischen ‚Brett‘ und dem hardrock’schen Groove: Scharfe, singende Riffs, melodiös-virtuose Solo-Tiraden, eine pumpende, fahrende Drum ‘n‘ Bass-Fraktion und ein wahrhaft vollröhriger Gesang führen sowohl Live wie auch auf Platte vor, wie es klingt, wenn eine echte Band am Werk ist.

AGENTPUNCH – this band is a heavy metal institution from Osnabrück/Germany. Founded in 2016 by Alexander Mohrlang (vocals), Roman Felde (guitar), Juri Felde (bass) and Tomasz Kosma (drums) the band already released two long players – Investigation (2017) and Soothsayer (2019) – that were very well received by the metal community. Meanwhile the third opus is being forged at the newly build band’s own studio. Musically the band from the very start felt most comfortable somewhere in between the classic-heavy-metal-meltdown-kind-of-thing and the hard rock groove that we all know and love: sharp, singing riffs, melodic-virtuosic solo tirades, a pumping and driving drum ‘n’ bass fraction and distorted-tube-amp vocals make clear on record as well as live, what a real band sounds like.
